About Us

The Manolis Painting Company was established in 1966 by Konstantinos Manolis and Averginos Mavrophilippos. After 30 years in business, both partners retired in 1996, and Konstantinos’ sons, Demetrios and George, took over the responsibilities of the company.

To ensure convenience for our customers, Manolis Painting operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a flexible painting staff that ranges from 15 to 30 employees, depending on our workload.

We maintain a comprehensive safety program supported by a complete set of safety policies and procedures. These policies are detailed in our personalized safety manual, which was specifically developed for our company and provided to all employees. All our painters are trained and certified in various safety areas, including confined space, lead abatement, electrical grounding, fall protection, and other applicable OSHA regulations. Additionally, our painters are fully trained in the safe and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and are skilled in operating a range of supporting equipment such as aerial lifts, scaffolding, and ladders.

Manolis Painting has extensive experience working in various environments, including office buildings, apartment complexes, hospitals, schools, banks, factories, pulp and chemical facilities, wastewater treatment plants, steel tanks, dams, power plants, electrical towers, hotels, marine projects, and government and institutional buildings.

Our expertise is broad and varied. We specialize in epoxy coatings for corrosion control environments, providing slip-resistant epoxy floor coatings and installing multi-spec coatings for interior office spaces. We are also your best choice for waterproofing buildings, caulking and sealing control joints, exterior concrete repair, and tuck-pointing.

At Manolis Painting, we believe in using the most up-to-date, user-friendly, odor-free, and environmentally sound products available. We are always happy to assist our customers in making informed choices about the materials we use for their projects.
